Potato Kurma

Ingredients:

Potatoes 1/2 kg cut into small cubes
Thinly chopped onions 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tbs
Finely chopped green chillies 2
Boiled milk 2.5 cups
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp.
Mustard seeds as required
Cumin seeds as required
Vegetable oil As required
Salt to taste  
   

   
Method:
1. Heat oil in a kadai.
2. Fry onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies till light brown.
3. Add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well along with the ingredients in the kadai.
4. Add potatoes and mix well.
5. Add boiled milk to the mixtute along with salt. Wait until potato gets properly cooked
   
  Serve with any rice dish or chappati
  Note: cook on low flame
