Ingredients: |
| Paneer |
200
grams cut into 1 inch cubes |
| Cumin Powder |
 |
1 tsp |
| Ginger-Garlic
Paste |
|
| Bengal Gram Flour |
 |
1 cup |
| Cooking
Soda |
1 pinch |
| Oil
for deep frying |
|
Water
|
|
| Salt |
1-1/4 tsp |
| |
|
|
| |

Method:
|
| 1. |
Marinate paneer
cubes with cumin powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and ginger-garlic paste, for
about 20 mins. |
| 2. |
Mix the bengal
gram flour, cooking soda and 3/4 tsp. salt in a bowl. Add water till
the batter thickens. |
| 3. |
Heat oil in
a pan for deep frying. |
| 4. |
Dip each paneer
cube in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown. |
| 5. |
Crisp paneer
bhaaji is ready. |

| |
Serve
with green chutney
or tomato ketchup. |
