Paneer Bhaaji

Ingredients:

Paneer 200 grams cut into 1 inch cubes
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste  
Bengal Gram Flour 1 cup
Cooking Soda 1 pinch
Oil for deep frying  
Water
 
Salt 1-1/4 tsp
   

   
Method:
1. Marinate paneer cubes with cumin powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and ginger-garlic paste, for about 20 mins.
2. Mix the bengal gram flour, cooking soda and 3/4 tsp. salt in a bowl. Add water till the batter thickens.
3. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
4. Dip each paneer cube in the batter and fry in oil till golden brown.
5. Crisp paneer bhaaji is ready.
   
  Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
