Method:
|
| 1. |
Cut bitter gourd
in 2-3 equal slices |
| 2. |
Add tamarind
and salt to water. Add bitter gourd. Boil for 10 mins. |
| 3. |
Drain water
and wash bitter gourd. |
| 4. |
Roast peanuts
and ground them to get powder. |
| 5. |
Heat oil in
pan. Add peanut powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander
powder, cumin powder, vinegar (or lemon juice) and salt. |
| 6. |
Now
add bitter gourd and cook on low heat for 5-7 mins. Sprinkle little
water (if required). |
| 7. |
Garnish
with coriander leaves |

Serve
hot with roti. |
